Warranty
LABOR CHARGE(S) IS (ARE)
NOT REFUNDABLE.
After repairs are completed at your home or after receiving your repaired appliance(s) from the shop, please turn on the appliance(s) to ensure they are functioning to your satisfaction. If additional service is needed after the technician has left and a return visit is required, an extra charge will apply based on the time spent in your home. This is not a standard service call but a time-based charge that would have been included in the original billing had the technician worked longer during the initial visit or shop repair. This recall pricing is valid for 5 days after the repair. After this period, any additional service will be considered a new service call, and standard trip and labor charges will apply.
PARTS WARRANTY
The parts used in the repair of your appliance(s) are of equal or superior quality to the original components and come with a standard 90-day warranty. If a replaced part fails within the warranty period, it will be replaced at no cost for the part itself. However, the customer is responsible for labor and handling costs associated with the replacement. Only the parts listed on this invoice are covered under this warranty. If other parts fail due to age, usage, or factors beyond our control, they will be replaced at the standard material and labor rates. Clogged drain clearing is guaranteed for ten (10) days only. There is no warranty on the replacement of plastic or glass shelf supports or basket slides.
INTERMITTENT CONDITION WARRANTY
There is no labor warranty for appliance repairs involving parts with intermittent issues. Since these problems are not consistently present, they cannot be accurately diagnosed. Such issues can only be identified and addressed when they are actively occurring.
